All in stock items will ship 3-5 business days after purchase, unless stated otherwise. Made to order items will ship 1-2 weeks after purchase.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within 7 business days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns due to customer error/preference. Refunds can be made if the order has not be fulfilled or shipped yet, usually within 24-48 hours. To request a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. In the event of a return, you will be given a return label and instructions on where and how to send the item back. Returns will be processed within 7 business days.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Exchanges can be made on the following items: original artwork, prints, stickers, lighter wraps, keychains, earrings, air fresheners, tapestries, and pins.
All apparel and accessories that are noted "made to order" can be exchanged with a 40% restocking fee. Please contact Alyssia at email@example.com if you would like to proceed with an exchange.

I have placed an order with multiple items, and only some of my items have arrived.
In some cases regarding orders with multiple items, some items may ship out before your entire order has been fulfilled. Some of the items in my shop, like the apparel and phone cases, come from my fulfillment partner, while other items I ship in stock from my home.
You will receive a note on the packing slip noting this. The rest of your order is being made and will arrive shortly after.
