What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns due to customer error/preference. Refunds can be made if the order has not be fulfilled or shipped yet, usually within 24-48 hours.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. In the event of a return, you will be given a return label and instructions on where and how to send the item back. Returns will be processed within 7 business days.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Exchanges can be made on the following items: original artwork, prints, stickers, lighter wraps, keychains, earrings, air fresheners, and pins.
All apparel and accessories that are noted "made to order" can be exchanged with a 40% restocking fee. Please contact Alyssia at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to proceed with an exchange.
