When will I get my order?
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: First Class: 3-7 business days; Priority: 1-3 business days
International: 2-8 weeks
Also, please note that your order may come in multiple shipments if made to order/pre-order items are included.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email us at email@example.com.
If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or other folders in your email inbox.
I believe my package is lost, what do I do?
If the tracking number has not updated within 7 days, please send an email and I will get a missing mail search filed for your package. If the USPS is not able to find your package, then I will either resend the items or send a refund.
**International orders, please note that there may be delays with customs, sometimes packages may take up to a month or more to be delivered.
My package was marked “delivered” but I can’t find it. What do I do?
In some instances packages may be scanned “delivered” but will be delivered the next day. If one day has passed and it still has not been delivered, please try the following:
- Check surrounding areas of your mailbox/mailroom. Sometimes mail is delivered near the mailbox, especially if the package is large.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they have gotten your package. This can happen sometimes with multiple unit buildings, sometimes the package will be accidentally delivered in the neighboring mailbox.
- Contact your local post office as soon as possible to see if they can GPS locate where the package was delivered to. Your local mail carrier may also be able to help you with this.
If you have gone through these steps and still fail to find your package, please send me an email and I will try my best to resolve the situation.
Ultimately I am not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to customer error (wrong shipping address). I am also not responsible for reshipment fees for packages marked "refused/returned to sender".
